Nov 2024 to Present

Owned strategy and the multi-year roadmap for ONTAP Core, a $2B+ enterprise data platform, and served as the platform SME across APAC and EMEA in PoCs, RFPs, and QBRs
Led the product strategy that substantially cut customer storage cost during a severe memory shortage, after finding that most customer data sat cold on costly flash; delivered it through FabricPool tiering, aggressive pre-tiering compression, and re-tooled presales sizing.
Overhauled the upgrade experience, sharply cutting support cases and upgrade disruptions year over year, by triaging root causes across telemetry, support cases, and customer workflows.
Delivered a multi-fold gain in WAN storage performance by evaluating congestion-control algorithms and running proofs of concept on TCP PRR and RACK, adopting RACK for its gains with no regression (Spot Award).

Akamai, Senior Product Manager Enterprise Security

Defined the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Secure Internet Access, the zero-trust suite spanning DNS security, secure web gateway, CASB, threat intelligence, and DLP.
Conceptualized and launched the Security Summary Dashboard, giving customers a single view of active threats and of trends by geography and industry across three personas (security operations, network administrators, executives) to gauge return on security investment; early proofs of concept showed a marked increase in win rate over the yearly benchmark.
Drove new detection approaches for DNS exfiltration and typosquatting with security engineering and research, increasing detection efficacy, independently validated by AV-Test.
Led a six-vendor threat-intelligence RFP and competitive negotiation, materially cutting annual licensing fees with no loss of coverage.

Drove the long-term strategy and roadmap for ONTAP block storage (SAN Protocols), targeting a top-three vendor position, and grew revenue at a double-digit rate year over year.
Grew All-SAN Array bookings sharply year over year, well above the prior baseline, through licensing, pricing, and roadmap changes that simplified purchase and provisioning.
Orchestrated the Large LUN feature to completion across multiple engineering teams, delivering a major volume-capacity increase against internal resistance and strengthening NetApp in federal block-storage RFPs (Spot Award).
Defined the Consistency Groups MVP and roadmap by running an early-access program with select accounts, closing a data-protection gap that became table stakes in healthcare.
